Hall II: Art and Crafts

from the Classical to the late Roman period (480 BC-330 AD).

On display findings related to the theatre (masks, depictions, tickets, etc.), representative examples of clay figurines and statuettes, decorative reliefs of clay and bronze vessels, and marble sculpture and coins. Large bronze urns stand out.

The exhibition includes vases with relief and painted decoration, kitchenware and vases of the Hellenistic and Roman periods, as well as glass vessels.

HALL II: ART AND CRAFTS

In another section representative small crafts made of clay, bronze, glass and bone are presented, as well as typical vases of Hellenistic production (karchesia – kylixes, lekythoi, skyphoi, etc.) of the Hellenistic period are exhibited.
